Cashiers Checks may be requested through Business Member Support by calling 1-877-909-5656.
Golden 1's general policy is to make most check funds available on the same day we receive your deposit. However, holds of two to nine days may be placed on checks in certain cases, such as large deposits, new accounts, for checks that were previously returned unpaid are redeposited, or when an account has been repeatedly overdrawn within a six-month period. If a hold is placed on deposits made via Mobile Deposit or at an ATM, an extended hold notice will be sent via mail or email. Please read the "Funds Availability" section of your Business Deposit Account Disclosure and Membership Agreement.
